Refining Home

This weekend Jon and I went into town to buy some goodies for the camper. We got a new sh*tter hose as we classy folks refer to it, a fresh drinking water hose, and toilet tank cleaner. To make things more homey we bought a carpet runner to put in front of the couch. We also got a curtain rod so our tapestry that we used to replace the old accordion divider would drape nicely. On to the stove top went a new teakettle, the kind that whistles at you when its done, for our morning french pressed coffee. We also got fixins for Jon to change the oil in both of our vehicles before the long drive. Our solar panel finally arrived as well. Jon immediately set it up to see how it worked, but at the moment we have electricity through the barn, so we don’t need to leave it up. Just those small touches really improved the sense of comfort and home inside the camper. Photos to come later!
